We’re downtown, at a gritty, cult-classic coffee shop on the Lower East Side.

There’s a hidden staircase in the back (and only the regulars know).

The lights are dim. Smoky sweet incense is in the air. It’s sacred, subversive + a little dangerous. It feels like unapologetic freedom.

I Didn't Want Another Love-and-Light-Only Echo Chamber...

Here's Why I Created This Space (for real): 

Most of my biggest breakthroughs didn’t happen in a yoga studio or on some bougie $5K retreat in Bali.

They happened alone - on the floor, in front of my altar -  during heartbreak, an identity death or that liminal void, where I’d taken a terrifying leap of faith but nothing made sense yet.

And at a certain point I realized: I'd outgrown the surface-level, love-and-light spiritual tools. So when my soul whispered, “You’re here for higher service,” I knew I had to elevate my practice - and find a lineage that could actually hold it.

Shortly after that, I “accidentally” (lol...karma 😂) landed in a Buddhist class that cracked me wide open.

⚡The first time I heard the dharma (aka the Buddhist philosophy), a rush of energy came over me. It felt like opening the most magical + potent spellbook at Hogwarts, while ALL the secrets of the Universe came spilling out. 📖 🔮

❤️‍🔥 I knew I was home. Things started rapidly aligning after that moment.

💎 Less than a year later, I took my first set of vows.

🌀 From that point on, everything changed.

The deeper I committed — to myself, to the path, to actual (practical) transformation of my mind — the more life met me with opportunities to share these teachings + serve others. 

Not from ego, but from embodiment. Because when you really do the work, the work starts to work through you.

But before I found my sangha, before I took vows (and was navigating those hard moments on my own) -  I kept wishing I had a space to land with people who just fucking get it.

Not another vanilla, “good vibes only” healing circle.

Not a stiff, dogmatic-rituals kinda space, either.

I craved something edgier. Realer.

I wanted a space that welcomes all of you:
